I am currently the Head of Digital Transformation at Catenon (www.catenon.com) a global executive recruitment firm, where I’m primarily focused on implementing new technologies and creating new services to stay ahead of the curve in terms of competition and market trends. My team is based all over the world so the use of virtual communication and complex management tools is part of my daily life.
I am also the leader and faculty member of the Global and Digital Recruitment executive program at a leading Spanish University. A project I truly love, because it aims to elevate the recruitment efforts by providing students with the latest knowledge on Big Data, e-sourcing, digital marketing, international law, complex compensation schemes, new hiring models and management of multi-diverse teams among others.
My passion for Millennial behavior and their interaction with current business standards, has translated into several years of research by mentoring young women and working hand in hand with leaders of other generations.
This led me to become a Vital Voices fellow, and to continue developing strategic transformation projects, and promoting women empowerment and gender equality in Mexico through different NGO’s I founded such as WomenCEO and WomenUp MX.
Throughout my career I have consistently found ways to be a connector: between women and HR, HR and Millennials, and Millennials and the future of the workplace as we know it. To this extend, I’ve created a blog “ProudlyMillennial” (www.proudlymillennial.com), I’m working on my book “Generations Wars” and contributed with other blogs such as HRNO and the biggest online community of women entrepreneurs in LATAM, where I advise organizations on how to recruit and retain future leaders.
I have an engineering background, a strong global vision and I’m truly convinced that we can make work better by “putting people first”.
